The Capital Market Society of Indonesia is pleased to announce the creation of the Internet Web site IndoExchange, developed in association with Indonesia NET Exchange. With the support of the securities regulatory agency Bapepam and the other regulatory bodies and associations listed below, the Capital Market Society and Indonesia NET Exchange have created a world-class web site which will:

• attract additional investors to Indonesia
• provide additional information to investors directly from issuers and other capital market participants; and
• provide a "one-stop" central access point, 24 hours a day, for investors world-wide to gather up-to-date information on developments in the Indonesian capital market.
